Celebrity chef Hugh Acheson’s second concept at The Battery at SunTrust Park is set to open next month, and an executive chef has been named for the project.
Alex Bolduc will serve as executive chef and Peterson Hill will serve as general manager at Achie’s Restaurant, which will be located at The Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta. Acheson will be the culinary director.
Bolduc will work with Acheson to create breakfast, lunch and dinner menus featuring Southern-inspired dishes including a riff on poutine, as well as a burger made with a blend of lamb and wagyu beef, topped with American cheese and special sauce. Bolduc will also oversee the Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta’s in-room dining, pool bar, lobby lounge and special events menus.
An Atlanta native, Bolduc worked with Acheson for years at 5&10 in Athens and also worked as the chef for Robert Sinskey Vineyards in San Francisco and kitchens in several other cities.
Hill previously worked as general manager at C&S Chowder House in Roswell and also served in several food and beverage positions for Valor Hospitality Partners, The St. Regis Atlanta and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
