For those who have not gotten on the poké train yet, you have plenty of chances and places to try the dish in Atlanta.
Poké Perfect joins a growing number of restaurants, including Poké Bar in Sandy Springs and BoruBoru Sushi at Emory Point, to offer this raw fish dish.
The Amsterdam-based restaurant, Poké Perfect, is opening its second Atlanta location at 1100 Howell Mill Road in the Westside Provisions District.
The menu includes create-your-own poké bowls and made-to-order sushirittos.
Poké Perfect opened its first location at 419 Church Street in Decatur this past April. Plans for an Inman Park location are also in the works.
