If you’re on the hunt for great places to go for Easter brunch, you’re in luck. A slew of restaurants will offer menu specials, big, southern buffets and more; the list below is a snapshot of what’s available in town. The Mercury: A carving station with prime rib, turkey or pork alongside made-to-order waffles and omelets stations plus a few raw bar favorites will be offered during the $39.95 per person buffet brunch from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. In addition to eggs, bacon and other standard breakfast items, the buffet will include fried chicken plus desserts, pastries and fresh fruit. The traditional brunch menu, which includes steak and eggs, corned beef hash and eggs Benedict will also be available. Beginning at 12:30 p.m. guests can enjoy bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys for an additional $19.95 per person or choose from specialty cocktails such as the French 75 and Pimm’s Cup.
