Unlimited pancakes. Dance calories away. There are lots of food and fun happening around metro Atlanta this week, so add one or all three of the following events to your calendar. Be prepared to eat, drink and have a grand ole time.

Now thru Feb. 14: Go here hungry. During iHop’s all-you-can-eat pancakes promotion, guests can order buttermilk pancakes as often as they wish, any time of day. Diners can opt to top pancakes with strawberries, blueberries, cinnamon apple or peaches for an additional cost.

Thursday, Jan. 5: Start the new year off on the right foot. Enjoy a cocktail and get your shoes shined from 6-8 p.m. at Cobbler Union, a bespoke men’s shoemaker. The event, aptly called Sip n’ Shine, will be at Ponce City Market.

Saturday, Jan. 7: Dance away holiday calories at a fusion Afro-beat, soul, hip-hop and funk-jazz party beginning at 9:30 p.m. at Venkman’s. The group, Mausiki Scales & The Common Ground Collective, will perform and tickets will be $10 – $16 via ticketfly.com. Guests can opt to sip cocktails at the bar or purchase booth or banquette tickets, which will guarantee a seat.
