Here’s some news that’lll heat you up — Nashville standby Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is opening its first Atlanta location.

The restaurant will be located at 299 Moreland Ave. NE in Candler Park, across from Wrecking Bar Brewpub, according to Eater Atlanta.

The spot is set to open in late 2017 and will seat 150 in the dining room and on a partially covered patio.

The menu features chicken sandwiches, tenders and wings at six different spice levels ranging from Southern (no heat) to Shut the Cluck Up (burn notice), as well as a variety of sides and desserts.

Hattie B’s –which launched its first store in 2012 — has two Nashville locations (with a third on the way) and one in Birmingham.

The restaurant will join other hot chicken spots that have opened recently, including Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken, which has one location at Peachtree Center and one on the way in Sandy Springs, and Richards’ Southern Fried at Krog Street Market.
