Atlanta rapper/actor Ludacris has turned his 2003 album “Chicken-n-Beer” into the namesake for his new restaurant at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
Chicken + Beer opened today in Concourse D, nearly four years after plans for the restaurant were first announced.
The restaurant is a partnership involving Ludacris and Jackmont Hospitality, one of the concessionaires behind the upscale restaurant One Flew South on Concourse E at Hartsfield-Jackson.
Consultants for the restaurant include chef Todd Richards and sommelier Jerry Slater, who were on the opening team for One Flew South.
