Rize Artisan Pizza + Salads is opening its doors today at the new mixed-use development at 675 N. Highland in Atlanta.
The concept’s first location offers lunch and dinner daily with menus featuring small plates including charbroiled wings with ginger-honey sauce and cilantro, and charred cauliflower with maple sesame dressing and salads including a superfood salad and a Spice Road chicken salad.
Pizzas are offered in three categories: Signature ($13.50) including the Waverly made with prosciutto, Gorgonzola, mozzarella, asiago, fig jam, balsamic reduction and Grana Padano; specialty ($12) including the Delphi made with roasted artichoke, Kalamata olives, roasted tomato, charred red onion, mozzarella, feta, roasted garlic puree and baby kale; and classic ($9.50) including the Margherita made with roasted tomato, mozzarella, roasted garlic oil, basil and olive oil. Customers can also build their own pizza with four ingredients for $12.50.
Also on the menu are pasta dishes and flatbreads including fennel sausage and kale pasta, pork meatball pesto pasta, chicken and pear flatbread and prosciutto and pomegranate flatbread and at lunch, soups and sandwiches are also on the menu.
There’s also a children’s menu with pizza, pasta or veggies and hummus, a beverage and a scoop of gelato for $7.50.
The beverage selections include wine, craft beer, sangria and carafe, and non-alcoholic options including iced tea, lemonade and craft sodas. A variety of gelatos and sorbets are on tap for dessert.
The open-dining room restaurant also features an outdoor patio.
Rize is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
