Chicken schnitzel concept Seven Hens, which opened its first location in Decatur in 2012, will vacate both that location and a second in Sandy Springs to make way for new eateries.

The Decatur space, located at 2140 N. Decatur Rd., will be replaced by a Korean street food restaurant, while the Sandy Springs spot at 6615 Roswell Rd. #340 will be converted to a Poke Bar, a Los Angeles fast-casual seafood concept, according to The Schumacher Group, who brokered the sale.

Seven Hens served chicken schnitzel in seven “globally inspired” flavors, and used locally-sourced ingredients. The owner had hoped to turn Seven Hens into a national franchise.
