It’s been about six months in the making, but Second Self Beer Company’s new tasting room will open its doors to the public tonight.

The brewery, initially opened in 2014 at 1317 Logan Circle NW in Atlanta. It closed to the public in December 2015 to install new tanks, an in-house canning line, and other brewing equipment, as well as expand its tasting room to accommodate 180 customers. The additions will allow the craft brewery — whose Red Hop Rye was named one of Georgia’s 25 best beers — to increase production by about 150 percent.
