The Southern-Asian fusion restaurant Ba Bellies is open for business.
The spot from Nam Phuong owners David and Tina Nguyen and Chef Mike Yang is in a soft launch mode serving lunch and dinner today in the former Firenze space at 6025 Peachtree Parkway in Norcross. Weekend brunch service will begin tomorrow.
The lunch menu will feature small plates including fish sauce caramel wings and crispy “tiger” sprouts; four kinds of protein and rice “Belly Bowls”; sandwiches; salads, and sides.
Dinner offers up entrees including 24-hour shirt rib and seared scallops.
In addition to its full lunch, dinner and brunch menus, Ba Bellies will also offer a full bar including a craft beer program and house cocktails with Asian influences.
The restaurant plans to serve up lunch on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; dinner on weekdays from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m.; and weekend brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 pm. Happy hour specials will be available as well.
